Product Return Policy

All products sold by us that are delivered within the US or Canada are eligible for our 30-day Return policy. This policy specifies that during the first 30 days, starting the date the order is delivered and ending on the 30th day after that, any item can be returned for a refund for any reason at all. The amount of the refund will be the original sales price less the original shipping charge (shipping charges are not refundable) plus a 15% restocking charge. Returned products must be in their original condition and cannot show signs of abuse or misuse. Also, all accessories that accompanied the product must be returned along with it (power cables, terminator plugs, etc.). It is a good idea to be extra careful with the product(s) during the first 30 days, so in the event you should decide to return anything, it will still be in brand-new condition.

Be sure to retain your receipt as this will be needed for returning a product. No returns will be accepted without a receipt!

Please note that the returned item(s) must be back in our possession by the 30th day, which means if you don't think you are going to keep the item(s), you must contact us for an RMA and get the package back to our warehouse by the 30th day after delivery. No returns will be accepted beyond this 30-day period and without a valid RMA number. This is very important, so be sure to call us for that RMA number once you decide you want to return an item. Failure to follow these procedures will mean that your refund will be delayed or possibly refused. We try to be very fair with people about returns, giving 30 days from the date the product is delivered, not when you place the order. However, in order for us to offer these fair terms, we must ask that you follow our instructions by getting an RMA number before sending back a product and make sure you get the product(s) back to us by the 30th day after delivery.

The cost of shipping the product back to our warehouse must be paid entirely by the buyer. We suggest that a shipper such as UPS or FedEx is used so that the shipment can be insured and tracked; we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once the product has been received at our warehouse, a refund will be issued immediately, usually the same day we get it back, in the same manner as payment was originally made, such as Credit Card, Paypal or Money Order.

Please note that any products shipped outside of the US and Canada are not eligible for the 30-day return policy; in those cases, all sales are final.


Product Warranty Policy

All products (unless otherwise noted) are eligible for a 6 month warranty. This warranty provides for a 6-month product replacement or repair period from the date the product is delivered. If for any reason the product cannot be repaired or replaced (such as a product we no longer carry or have access to), then we will prorate the amount of the original purchase price based upon the number of months left on the warranty. This prorated amount can then be taken back as a refund or as a credit towards another product.

Be sure to retain your receipt as this will be needed for obtaining warranty service. No warranty returns or repairs will be accepted without a receipt!

The cost of shipping the products back to our warranty facility must be paid by the buyer and we strongly suggest that you use a shipper such as UPS or FedEx so that the shipment can be insured and tracked; we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. We will pay the cost of returning the replaced or repaired product to the buyer as long as the buyer lives in the US or Canada; any buyers outside of those locations that return products for warranty service will be required to pay the shipping costs both to and from our warranty location.

Important: Both the return policy and the warranty will be in effect only so long as the product is owned by the original buyer. If the product should be transferred to another owner during the 30-day return period, that option will become void. If the product is transferred during the warranty period, the warranty will be honored at the sole discretion of SCSIForSamplers.com.



Returning A Product Or Obtaining Warranty Service

Please contact our Tech Support group by email or phone before returning any product so that we may issue you an RMA number for the item(s) you are planning to return. Any items that are returned to us without an RMA number will be refused, so be sure to contact us before shipping any items back. This will insure that you get your refund, repair or replacement item as quickly as possible.

Be sure to retain your invoice as this will be needed for returning a product or obtaining warranty service.


Obtaining Technical Support

There is no time limit or any other type of limitation on Technical Support - we will provide tech support for any of our products forever. We are proud of the equipment we sell and believe it to be top-quality; therefore, we are happy to provide tech support to whomever may end up with it.
