Payment Options for Customers in the United States, US Territories and Canada

Paypal Payments

You are welcome to pay for your order using your Paypal account! We have an option on our Checkout page to Pay with Paypal and this option will take you into the Paypal website with the relevant order information all filled in. You'll simply need to login to your existing Paypal account (or create a new account if you don't have one) and complete the payment process. For more information about Paypal and how to create and use an account, please visit their secure website.

If you do not have (or do not want) a Paypal account, you can still make a payment using your credit card. Paypal offers an option on the Payment page where you can use your credit card to make a one-time instant payment without creating an account and they will not keep any of your information on file. The only restrictions to this option is that they will sometimes place a hold on the payment for 24 hours while they make sure it wasn't made using an invalid credit card and you must have your order shipped to the same address where you receive your credit card bill. But it is an excellent way to make a payment without having or creating a Paypal account.

Some Paypal Requirements

We can only ship to your Confirmed Paypal shipping address as the destination for the order to ship. The Confirmed Paypal shipping address is the same address where you receive your credit card bill. If you haven't yet confirmed a shipping address in your Paypal account, it is very easy to do and only takes a minute - just log in, navigate to the Profile page and select Street Address. There you can confirm your shipping address with the press of a button. If you need more information about Confirmed Shipping Addresses, please contact Paypal.

Important - We Need A Valid Email Contact Address and Phone Number!

Please make sure that we have a valid email address or phone number for you so that we can contact you about your order! If you make your payment using Paypal, please make sure that the email address you used for your Paypal account is an email address that you regularly check and, if not, please supply us with your active email address or phone number in the Payment details. We will always send an order confirmation email plus we may need to ask you a question about your order, so supplying us with a valid email address or phone number is crucial. Once you have paid for your order using Paypal, please be sure to check that email account within a couple of hours for order verification that your payment was received and also to see if we have any questions about your order.

Payments by Money Order

We do accept payment by mail using a money order but we only accept US Postal Money Orders. No other type of money order will be accepted. US Postal money orders can be purchased at any Post Office for a small fee.

Payment Options for Customers Outside the United States

If you live outside of the United States and wish to place an order, you will need to know the shipping costs for the products you plan to buy before you place the order. We have the overseas shipping costs listed for most countries on the Product Details page, in a section just below the Product Prices. If you do not see your country or there are no shipping costs listed for the product other than those for inside the US, please contact us with a list of what you want to buy and the quantities and we will respond with a shipping quote within a few hours (usually even faster). Once you have this shipping quote, you can proceed to place your order.

For our customer outside the US, we offer these payment options:
Payments from your Paypal Account or One-Time Credit Card Payments, Western Union or MoneyGram.

Paypal Payments

Whenever possible, we ask that you use a Paypal Confirmed Shipping Address. A Confirmed Shipping Address means that you are using the exact same address as where you receive your credit card bill and that Paypal has confirmed that this shipping address matches the billing address. If your address is Confirmed, this will be indicated on the Street Addresses page of your Paypal account profile. However, at this time, Paypal only offers Confirmed Ship Addresses to customers in Canada and the UK. This is because of differences in the banking systems of other countries. But don't worry - in most cases, we can accept your Paypal payment even without a Confirmed Ship Address, as long as your shipping address matches your credit card billing address. You should go ahead and make your Paypal payment and if for any reason we cannot accept the payment, we will refund it and contact you by email to explain the problem. Again, in almost all cases, we are able to accept your Paypal payment and ship your order.

If we are not able to accept your Paypal payment, then your order must be paid for using Western Union or MoneyGram payment services.

Western Union or MoneyGram Money Transfer Services

Western Union and MoneyGram are funds transfer services which allow you to send us your payment instantly and we can receive the funds usually within one hour of you making the payment. You will make the payment at a local Western Union or MoneyGram location using cash or in some locations, you can make the payment over the phone using your credit card. To get more information and find your nearest Western Union or MoneyGram location, please check their website WesternUnion.com or MoneyGram.com. Depending upon what time of day the payment is sent, we can sometimes ship your order the same day. Please be aware that all Western Union and MoneyGram services do involve a fee to you. If you decide you want to use one of these companies to make your payment, please contact us and we will give you all the information you need to complete the transaction.

You must always supply us with a contact phone number when placing your order.

Customs Charges and Fees

Please be aware that if you live outside the US and we ship to you, there will most likely be customs charges due upon delivery of your order. These are sometimes called VAT or Use taxes. This is a function of your country and we have nothing at all to do with it. We do not collect those fees nor do we share in them. You are 100% responsible for paying any customs or VAT fees on your order. Please be prepared for these charges and factor them into your total cost when you consider ordering from us. Also, we cannot alter the value of your shipment in order to help you avoid paying these charges. We are an honest company and we do business in an honest manner, so please do not ask us to falsify the invoices associated with your order or to lower the declared value.
